Position Title:  IT System Integration Manager

Reports to: Vice President of Information Technology

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Position is for the management of system development and integration projects, and periodic senior level technical system development support. Primary responsibilities include working closely with business operations to ensure efficient and high quality IT system evaluation and integration.

• Develop and manage enterprise and special-purpose IT system evaluation, selection and integration project plans, including cost project and management
• Assess IT application program technology usage and processing architecture, focusing on .Net applications and SQL databases
• Develop application functional and performance requirements with business users / managers
• Provide IT ownership for system development  and commercial product integration projects
• Maintain a versatile and comprehensive inventory of IT applications installed and used at TEAM, which are hosted by Corporate IT Services.
• Provide direct, or coordinate secondary, technical system development support to projects and commercial product integration
• Manage and maintain a comprehensive application inventory
• Manage and maintain an accurate source code library
• Publish periodic and ad hoc project status reports
• Interpersonal skills with both technical and non-technical personnel are important.
• Strong written communication skills are a must.

Other responsibilities for this position include:

• Providing recommendations and support that will maximize server hosted application uptime
• Participating in the testing, and implementation of new 3rd party and in house developed applications
• Performing technical reviews with support peers, senior IT architects, and managers

2. In-depth experience in assessing .Net application coding and program designs
3. Senior level experience in managing and monitoring source code libraries
4. Senior level skill in documenting system development components in a manner that enables efficient and safe enhancements or bug fixes, as requested or required
5. Ability to develop and management system development projects

Technical Experience (REQUIRED):

1. Fifteen (15) years in Microsoft System Development environment
2. Fifteen (15) years developing business functional requirements for system development or commercial product evaluation, selection and integration
3. Ten (10) years managing Microsoft System Development teams and projects
4. Ten (10) years performing for facilitating application code assessments
5. Ten (10) years managing source code libraries
