In this permanent position you will act as both a people manager as well as functional expert. In other words you will take over a hybrid function mainly focusing on project or reporting delivery in the Datawarehouse area.
Your main responsibilities in this challenging position will include the transformation process and APR Integration into the organisaiton. The role includes team and skills management, as well as resource management, which requires functional expertise. Furthermore you will, at this senior level, coach and mentor your team members.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- 2 years line management experience in a BA role
- Project management skills
- Functional Expertise as a Requirements Engineer
- Change Management experience
- Strong Leadership skills
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Passion for People development
As you will be working in an international and hence English speaking environment, solid English skills both written and oral are mandatory.
