Working in an inbound customer service support environment. This position requires a high level of customer service at all times while being able to provide trouble-shooting over the phone to resolve customer issues. Requirements:
Responsibilities include experience in customer service, call center, familiarity with preventative maintenance techniques preferably from HVAC and Refrigeration, MS Office Suite, navigating with Windows, use of the internet, typing of 40 WPM, and a proven record of longevity and strong attendance. Must be flexible to work any assigned shift including weekends and holidays. Must be able to work overtime as needed by the business.

*Ensures that all alarms and service calls for repair and maintenance are handled in a timely fashion.

*Maintain open communication between the retail store and the vendor and/or in-house mechanic on the estimated time of arrival on priority repair issues.

*Communicate all major problems or concerns to a Sr. Dispatcher or the Operations Manager of the Store Maintenance Contact Center.

*Continue with process improvement training and development.

*Successfully completed a training program in Refrigeration and HVAC Technology from an accredited institution such as a Community College, Independent Technical School, county or state sponsored Vocational Tech School, or have comparable and verifiable work experience.

*Thorough understanding of the refrigeration cycle and basic operation of refrigeration, and HVAC equipment.

*Understanding of building control systems as required.

*Contact Center, Customer Service, Grocery Industry, Facilities Management, leadership skills a plus.

*Ability to prioritize workload and work between several projects/tasks

*Working knowledge of Danfoss, Emerson-CPC and Com-Trol software a plus.

*Must be able to work with minimum supervision and possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to meet program standards for Quality, Performance Metrics and Goals, Analytic, and Comprehensive reading skills. Ability to assess customer needs and determine appropriate solution. Ability to use telephone while navigating computer systems. Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated attention to detail and Multi-tasking.

Professional diagnosis and processing of Refrigeration and HVAC alarms with assigned computer software, and dispatching service requests based on the outcome. This position will also provide technical support for field technicians working with store equipment and systems. Additionally, this person will be cross-functionally trained in the responsibilities of the Dispatcher I and the HVAC/R Alarm Dispatcher I. Use of assigned computer applications to successfully triage and diagnose alarms, and generate work orders that will dispatch vendors and/or in-house mechanics to repair maintenance problems and maintain proper efficient operational order of retail operations.
