IT Technical Lead Architect/Engineer

Our client is a very successful, stable, and growing company with an international presence, their principal offices located in Los Angeles. Required:
· 7 years applicable experience in a mid to large company environment
· Some HANDS-ON architect level experience
· Experience as a technical leader and enjoys mentoring other team members
· Certification or equivalent work experience in utilizing ITIL or other IT Best Practice Framework such as Microsoft Operations Framework (MOF)
· Ability to offer after hours support, when necessary
Qualified candidates must have experience with a combination of 2 to 4 of the technologies below (listed in order of importance):
1. VMWare ESX farm configuration and maintenance
2. Fiber Channel Switch (Brocade/QLogic) configuration and maintenance
3. Experience in SAN (NetApp/Compellent) configuration and maintenance
4. Experience in HP Blade Server configuration and maintenance
