IT Technical Sales Specialist
Experis formerly COMSYS is seeking IT Technical Sales Specialists for our client in RTP, NC. These positions are anticipated to be long in duration. These are not hands on technical roles, they will be supporting sales with bills of material, validating technical documents, creating design documents, providing technical answers and putting together sales proposals.

Must be at the CCNA level (certification or equivalent work experience)
Cisco networking
Must be efficient with computer skills (Word, Outlook, web browser)
Strong organization skills
Technical Support experience preferred
Technical Product Support preferred
Previous customer support experience
Ability to prioritize work load
Troubleshoot, research and provide resolutions to cases
Strong writing, speaking and listening skills
Phone and/or sales support experience
