Position Description:
We are seeking a seasoned technology finance professional with experience in technology cost management to help run our business. The successful candidate will have the ability to work well under tight deadlines, be able to prioritize tasks and deliver results, and work well in a consensus-based collaborative atmosphere. This role requires a close working relationship with the firm's technology managers. Specific requirements include:
- Allocation management: manage and update metrics, review data loads for accuracy and correct as necessary, observe trends and identify changes, troubleshoot issues, perform allocation modeling and sensitivity analysis as appropriate
- Report and communicate impact to our clients.
- Create total cost of ownership models for telecommunications products and services
- Benchmark costs to peers within and outside the company
- Review BU financials and trends: prepare analysis for clients concerning issues and financial trends
- Prepare and business cases for telecommunications management for various projects and cost savings initiatives
- Prepare and review accruals for accuracy and compliance
- Provide inputs for the firm forecasting and budgeting efforts for telecommunications
- Maintain the products and services catalog
- Inventory management: manage allocation inventories, evaluate trends, identify anomalies, and develop and augment GWM circuit inventories.
- Responsible for identifying automation and process improvements

Skills Required:
A BS in business or finance and 3–5 years experience in technology cost management with a focus on telecommunications preferably for large a enterprises. Proficient in excel, access, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical skills. Thorough knowledge of accounting and ability to explain financials to non-financial personnel. Good communication and prioritization skills.
