We are looking for an experienced IT Trainer for a role based in Melbourne.
The successful IT Trainer conduct a TNA to establish what is required for company staff
Will review current IT Training material and if necessary re-write develop new courseware following the TNA.
Maintain and develop a full library of Courseware and Training collateral (User Documentation, Manuals)
Design and Deliver Training in a Classroom environment, one-on-one or e-learning where required
Track record of experience in an instructor led IT Training role
Develop course handouts and training exercises
Proactively design, deliver and market Training courses that satisfy the needs of each business unit
The IT systems that require training courseware and delivery fall into a number of categories; ideally IT Trainer candidates will have experience of several of the IT systems:
* Document Management Systems
* PeopleSoft (various Modules)
* Business Intelligence Report Writing (Cognos / Impromptu)
* Microsoft Windows XP and Windows 7
* Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Access)
