We are currently looking for an experienced IT Trainer to join the Learning Development team located in our Sydney head office. You will design and deliver a range of technical training programs across all Lend Lease businesses, including ICT induction, system and skills training sessions, in a classroom or remotely using online tools. You will be responsible for providing trainer guides, session plans and participation workbooks and consulting with key stakeholders to identify needs and create appropriate training solutions.
A Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment will be essential, as will strong facilitation and communication skills. You will have an eye for accuracy, be an expert in MS Office and have previous experience designing and delivering techincal training programs.
Experience with InDesign, Robohelp and Saba would be highly advantageous.
