Trainer - Training | Enterprise Software | Midlands Area
A Trainer is required by global, market leading Legal Financial software house.
As an experienced accountancy solutions trainer - you will join the training team to provide external training to new and existing customers, the reseller network and internally.
You will work with the project manager |solutions consultant | training implementations team to guide the customers through the implementation process and provide training on specific accountancy and business software packages developed in house.
Technical skills: Proven software training and coaching experience, preferably part qualified in accountancy-AAT.
We are looking for....
- A back ground in bookkeeping and accountancy working within the financial software environment (3-5 years).
- MS Office Skills particularly Excel.
- Proven software training in groups-one to one-or class room environment.
- Large scale software implementation experience as a consultant or trainer.
- Strong presentation, planning, organisational and influencing skills.
The role is home based with travel to client sites in and around the home counties and north London area - a vehicle and clean driving license is essential along with excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, professional in approach to work and personal presentation, extensive experience of client relationships, confidence and presence to deal with clients face to face.
