Italian and Spanish Speaking Event Project Manager Job in Berkshire, Southern UK
Title: Italian and Spanish Speaking Event Project Manager, Salary: Up to £30K, Location: Berkshire. An exciting role in the meetings and events department of an excellent events company has arisen. The role is office based, dealing with events logistics from conception to completion. This is a fantastic role for an experienced event project manager to develop with an outstanding company.
Responsibilities of the Italian and Spanish speaking Event Project Manager are:
- Dealing with the event logistics from conception to completion - including taking the brief, sourcing and selection of suppliers/venues, legal requirements, multiple timeline management, all programme collateral, staffing and tracking all budgets/invoicing to ensure the highest service at all times.
- Ensure all event documentation - including client, venues, registration and meeting management systems - are up to date
- Provide industry-relevant guidance and be able to anticipate change and deal with crisis
- Manage, complete and close down event requirements including data entry and reporting
- Any other duties relevant to the position
Requirements for the Italian and Spanish speaking Event Project Manager are:
- Educated to degree level
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a client facing role with events, in the UK or overseas
- Have excellent communication and negotiation skills to be able to maintain and develop client and supplier relations in international environments with multi-national clients
- Fluency in Italian and English and a high level of Spanish, including writing, reading and speaking
- Excellent event project management and organisational skills with a systematic approach
- Be able to multi-task, prioritise, identify opportunities and have excellent attention to detail
- Be professional at all times when representing the company
