Italian Customer Service Advisor

We are currently recruiting for an Italian Customer Service Advisor for a leading organisation in Newcastle.

The role will involve dealing with car dealerships and helping them with any technical questions. The successful applicants will be able to answer questions about product problems and information enquiries as quickly and effectively as possible.

Key Duties for the role will involve:
Answering all incoming calls
Gather information and data on problems
 Determine type of call, whether information or problem solving.
 Processing and conclusion of request.
Gather information through databases, research, manuals and contacts.
Seeks out technical support from Team Leader and/or Back Desk.
Ensures that quality standards are met or exceeded through example and case maintenance.

For this role you must be fluent in Italian and have  a proven customer service background. A mechanical background would be preferred for this role.
