My client is a leading investment bank based in London is currently recruiting in their Futures and Options area for a client services representative for their Italian clients. Candidate needs to have a solid Futures and Options experience. Candidate would have to have fluent Italian language skills.
Futures and Options Client services require motivated individuals to perform key control functions and liaise with our clients regarding all of their Operational requirements.
Responsibilities: -
· Client liaison – Single point of contact.
· Margin Calls
· Collateral management
· Product expiration management
· Clearing Technology support
· Manage client requests regarding trade discrepancies, commission, interest, margins, brokerage etc
· Off site client training and service review meetings
Required Skills and Qualifications: -
· Extensive FO Operational knowledge
· Fluent Italian speaker is a must with French also desirable
· Proven skills in delivering a professional face to our clients and taking ownership of issues through to closure.
· Ability to identify process inefficiencies to improve capacity, efficiency and control.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure
· Strong time management skills required to meet time critical deadlines and priorities
· Strong PC skills
