Fluent Italian and English paralegal required to work within corporate advisory role for an established and in dependant consultancy. It is essential you have a thorough understanding of company secretarial function including incorporation, domicilation, financial statements, contracts and general corporate administration functions.
You should be analytical, client focused and knowledgeable in both UK and Italian corporate law and administration.
