Italian Sales Director recruitment
The position is for a Senior Sales Director covering the Italian Markets. It will require the applicant to have excellent new business and relationship management skills and a proven sales record.
You must be passionate about both sales and the financial markets and be good at articulating complex solutions into financial institutions. You must also have experience of developing and executing strategic business plans and be happy to work autonomously.
Within the position you will have minimal direction in developing business through creating new relationships within the client base as well as actively seeking out new business and expanding existing accounts.
This is a senior hire and will require someone to have a minimum of 5+ year’s proven sales experience within a financial institution. You will need to be fluent in Italian and previous experience developing business within the region would be advantageous.
