A global electronics company in Hook are looking for a experienced call centre representative. The company manufactures electronics on a international scale and provides a lively multi-cultural environment. The main focus of call centre representative is to expand revenue through the continued delivery of high-level customer service to a base of prestigious customers.

Current system changes within the business means that the call centre representative will be working in a environment requiring flexibility and strong attention to detail. The job will involve providing great communication skills using both email and the telephone. You will be managing expectations of service and taking appropriate action to escalate queries to technicians for further diagnosis.

The right person will be fluent to business level (C2) in Italian and English and have experience in a call centre environment. They will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and providing a quick turn around. They will have experience of working in a multi cultural environment and have the ability to pay strong attention to detail even under pressure.
