You are a member of our Mail Communications Business Group's HR team reporting to the VP HR and you will be responsible for developing and implementing Itella wide processes, practices, tools and learning solutions and giving guidance and support in the areas of:
- Strategic capabilities
- Competence development
- Change management
- Other special development projects
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Academic degree in relevant area
- Experience in HR development in complex and demanding environment
- Strategic thinking and business knowledge especially in digital environment
- Team player with customer focus
- Self-driven person with can-do attitude
- Capability to learn and innovate and take the ideas into practice
- Excellent collaboration and communications skills
- Well organized and project oriented
- Fluent written and spoken English
