Item Processing Center Manager

Hours: 3:30pm-midnight

A Command Center Manager job slot is being created for Item Processing as a strategic position to help facilitate the various file management processes and communications that occur on a daily and nightly basis. The candidate must have IT knowledge along with a very good understanding of Item Processing and electronic files. This position is for the Item Processing Site in Mt. Laurel, NJ.

One of the primary responsibilities of the position would be to communicate directly with Senior Management during critical junctures of processing. The position would be responsible for the Incident Reporting process invoking the necessary escalation steps to reach out to the various IT teams and Host Operations along with other time critical activities.

Some of the key functions for this position are:

*Liaison to TD Host Operations, IT and Titan Teams
*Critical involvement with the Teller Item Capture workflow
*Incident Manager for all Item Processing related production issues
*Touch point emails throughout the day/night
*Monitor critical inbound and outbound files
*Bank Operations Memo Post Coordinator
*Reporting Daily and Nightly Metrics

The Command Center Manager must also have excellent verbal and written communication skills. They must have adequate technology experience to be able to work through file, network and transmission issues with various technology groups in the Bank.

*Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below
*4 Years of related experience in management
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Proven technology experience working through file, network and transmissions issues
*Strong understanding of Item Processing
*IT knowledge along with a strong understanding of Item Processing and electronic files
