IT/Network Specialists (Job Code: WMNS2011): Under general supervision of the global technology team, the IT/Network Specialists maintain the overall tech. infrastructural delivery, implementation of WM's market research consultancy products. Min Rqts: BA/BS (foreign equiv. degrees accepted) in CS, MIS, CE or a rel. tech. fld. such as applied IT 2 yrs. of exp. supporting or administering multi-user IT networks; or, in the alt., 4 yrs. of exp. in the same areas. Any suitable comb. of edu., training, or exp. is accepted. Must possess exp.: (1) administering computer network operating systems using Server 2000/2003, Windows XP/Windows 2007 Citrix environs., LAN/WAN networks, network protocols such as TCP/IP SSL; (2) testing, upgrading supporting multi-level distributed IT networks for approx. 750 daily users.
