- Recommend and implement process improvement initiatives
- Perform various tasks necessary for daily team operations
- Fluency in both oral written Japanese
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to prioritise and effectively manage work loads
- Good telephone technique and strong customer service skills
- Strong team player
- Highly reliable and self-motivated
- May require overtime work during peak periods
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the efficient and timely processing of new card applications primarily for the Japan market by means of telephone work and compliance to relevant business rules.
