Japanese Corporate Banker recruitment

Acting as a Relationship Manager and first point of contact to serve the relevant client base; you will be able to identify opportunities, structure solutions and execute these with the help of product partners. Key customer contacts will be at the Treasurer level. You will assist in marketing to existing and potential new clients to develop new revenue streams.

In this role, you will form and run Client Service Teams with product teams for key relationships to deliver creative solutions to ensure clients receive seamless worldwide banking services.
You will originate new transactions from both existing and new clients. You will help build and maintain the bank's profile in the local corporate and banking industry through active engagement in select professional organizations and government sponsored bodies.

To be successful in your application you will have excellent communication skills; an ability to present to seniors management confidently and knowledgeably; a thorough knowledge of different bank products, particularly commercial/transaction banking products and solid accounting, financial, and credit analysis skills. This will be accompanied with extensive exposure in Japan and an understanding of the business environment, regulatory regime and market trends.
