Japanese Fund Raiser
An international alternative investment manager is looking to add to Senior / VP Level Fund Raiser to their established team in Hong Kong.
Their areas of focus are private equity, credit and real estate. This role will be focused on developing their presence in the Japanese Markets.
Other responsibilities of this include:
- You will be responsible for acquiring new institutional clients and for developing relationships with an existing client.
- Supporting their team by developing business for their investment products.
- Being able to gain and translate client insight to drive the development of their product and service offerings and to detect new market and product opportunities within Japan.
The suitable candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Strong background in Private Equity and Credit investments is essential, Real Estate is also favoured.
- Good knowledge of the Japanese market; key products and players
- Proven track record in Institutional Fund Raising and Sales, as well as Relationship Management.
- Japanese speaking – Fluent preferred but will consider conversational.
- Own Institutional network.
