Japanese Speaking Accountant/Tax recruitment
Responsibilities:
Tax Compliance:
- To prepare Indirect tax and Witholding Tax returns, arrange payment or refund and file the returns on time.
- To review transfer price computations
- To coordinate with Tax team and outsourced service provider to timely prepare and file the corporate income tax returns.
Others:
- Preparation and review of the statutory accounts.
- To review Balance Sheet reconciliations prepared and seek input from local business units (if needed) and ensure that all outstanding items are cleared effectively
- To coordinate the preparations of Surveys and Statistics Returns for timely filing.
- To participate in or lead compliance-related projects as assigned from time to time.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
- Japanese Language skills to business level or to JPLT Level 2
- Have a solid understanding of Accounting practices and Standards
- Any previous Japanese taxation experience would be a bonus
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Manage internal external relationships.
