Japanese Speaking Support Engineer based in Tokyo
You will be responsible for:
Global support of trading systems
Systems automation
Qualifying bug reports for escalation to development teams
Implementing trading systems monitoring solutions
You should have skills in the following:
Application support experience
Excellent Windows Server 2008 – setting up and troubleshooting applications on servers
SQL
Windows automation scripting, ideally PowerShell or Python
Experience troubleshooting network connectivity
Experience within financial markets / trading would be beneficial but not essential
Be willing to take on cases across the spectrum from first to third line
Excellent communication skills
In Addition
Native level Japanese and fluent English
Flexibility to work shifts(either 8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm), occasional weekend work and on an on call rota.
