Description Key Role: Provide assistance with maintaining Web sites using Web development tools, including Java and HTML and design methodologies. Maintain responsibility for translating functional requirements into object-oriented executables using MVC, design patterns, and their ability to interpret and comply with an established architecture and framework. Leverage a broad set of skills consistent with the nature of the agile development process. Maintain systems and work on new development/architecture projects. This position is located in Kansas City, MO. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: -3+ years of experience with Java or J2EE development -Ability to obtain a security clearance required -HS diploma or GED required Additional Qualifications: -Experience with systems analysis, systems programming, application programming, or equipment analysis -Experience with JSP, JDBC, J2EE, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP, Web Services, XML, Struts 2.1x, or Spring 3.x -Ability to make presentations to technical and non-technical audiences -Ability to work independently and as a team player -Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines -Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills -BA or BS degree preferred Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
