Java Application Support Analyst recruitment
My Client, a large global investment bank is currently looking for a strong support analyst with prior experience in Java based applications.
The role will entail a very good grasp over core Java principles , including JEE, Struts, Hibernate, Spring, SpringMVC, Spring WS, Junit, mocking (JMock/Mokito), Java Script validation and development - therefore a previous experience as being a Java programmer would be needed and having MS SQL or Oracle and SQL query performance tuning is highly desirable
Additionally the candidate would be desired to have experience of working in an agile environment as well as server skills such as Apache, Tomcat, JBOSS etc.
Operating system knowledge in Unix and Windows including strong scripting skills
Due to the nature of the business itself the candidate must be able to work under pressure on multiple assignments, use own initiative and motivation to meet deadlines and set priorities without close supervision.
