JAVA / C# Developer for FO Equity Derivatives Business recruitment

Responsibilities:

The Java / C# developer will work with members of the development team to develop innovative and scalable solutions for the growing business.
The candidate will be part of the entire lifecycle of mission critical applications, including system design, development, implementation.
He/she will collaborate with top-notch internal software development team, developing in-house solutions and integrating vendor products to deliver rich, enterprise software solutions.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related discipline is required.
Hands-on sever side experience in Java / C#.net development.
At least 4-6 years working experience in global banking and financial industry.
Deep understanding of core Java, application server development, and Java open Source toolkits.
Strong relational database experience (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL). Strong background working in distributed Linux/UNIX environments.
Experience designing N-tiered applications, with multi-tier architecture and production distributed architectures.
Strong experience developing and implementing highly complex technical solutions in a middleware environment.
Good knowledge of various asset classes, Multithreading, performance profiling/optimisation., Agile methodologies, continuous integration.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic and proven rapid learning capability
Superior organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English and Chinese, inter-personal skills, analytical proficiency, and a high level of professionalism.
