We are looking for a Java developer for a fixed term period to supplement our team. Our main business area is the over-the-counter (OTC) or off-exchange trading, where the financial instruments are traded between the counterparties directly, not on the exchange. Tx Trade Capture is a new product to capture and amend OTC trades, handle their lifecycle from creation until expiration and to coordinate their processing by downstream systems. The product consists of a cutting-edge Windows user interface, a bitemporal relational database and a lots of loosely coupled Java processes. We use the latest technologies and development methods across the project to ensure a high quality and shortest delivery cycles.
The role requires hands on Java development using the latest Java technologies. It includes a lot of opportunities to interface with Operations, the Business Analysts? group and other IT teams, too. Also common everyday activities are the participation in business analysis, architecture design and development.
Skills Required:
- Hands-on standard Java knowledge.
