A Systematic Hedge Fund with an excellent reputation on the market is looking for an exceptional Java Developer to join their team.
As part of the larger IT group, you will be working on delivering business critical software to the fund's systematic trading business. You will work on the full development life cycle which will include gathering requirements from the business, design, development, testing and release.
Working as a Java Developer for this Hedge Fund will ensure that you get exposure to a wide variety of in house systems from the back office through to the front office including research and trading.
Must have requirements to apply are as follows:
Strong Core Java Development experience, ideally 2 years
Strong OO design and architecture and OO Fundamentals knowledge
Exceptional academics - 2.1 or above from top university or equivalent
Strong communication skills - written and verbal
