Java Developer Job in Dublin South

The Person
* Ability to work closely with senior solutions architects in flexible environment to design and develop the next generation of telecoms management solutions
* Motivated and proactive attitude to take ownership and initiative in all work assignments
* Excellent analysis and problem solving abilities;strong design, development testing skills
* Good communication skills
Essential Skills
Minimum 2-5 years solid industry experience with Java/J2EE technologies particularly in the areas:
* Telecoms management principles practices
* Model-driven architectures frameworks
* AJAX (especially using GWT SmartClient), XML processing and related technologies
* Developing core frameworks for reuse in multiple solutions
* Spring Framework
Additionally, experience in the following would represent a significant advantage:
* Highly proficient with object-oriented design principles and their application to Java JEE.
* Strong DB design development of relational databases: preferably MySql / Oracle 10/11g.
* JEE Application Servers (particularly Apache Tomcat,JBossASand/orOracleAS).
* Strong experience with agile software development processes.
* Good working knowledge of common Operating Systems highly desirable: Linux, Solaris Windows.
* SOA, Web Services, Hibernate.
* Third level degree in computer science or a related field.
