Roles Responsibilities:
Understanding of the in-scope requirements and design
Providing solutions for the customer requirements for the different areas of project.
Design, Development testing activities
Defect / Bug Fixing, Problem Resolution as required
Ensuring compliance to all checklists, templates and procedures
Supporting client testing and code promotions.
Status Reporting and review meetings with the customer
Ensure compliance to all quality processes
Ensure closure of all competency gaps (Conduct /Attend training sessions (knowledge sharing sessions))
Creating software documentation
Generic Managerial Skills :
Presentation skills, client communication, team management.
