- 7+ yrs of IT, 5+ yrs of Java/J2EE, 5+ yrs of Web application development
- Strong experience of OOAD, Design Patterns, Agile, Scrum and UML
- Experience with Spring MVC and Hibernate
- Experience with GWT is a great plus
- Experience with HTML, CSS and Javascript
- Strong analysis/design skills
- Strong communication and client interviewing skills
- Strong Front-end, middle-tier and database programming skills
- Experience with Oracle and/or SQL Server
