Harrington Starr is working exclusively with a Financial Technology Pioneer to find a Java Developer that will join the greenfield development team that provides top tier investment banks and UK based multi-asset trading companies with cutting edge technology that supports all areas of financial trading.
As the Java Developer you will work closely with the CTO on a number of greenfield projects in a full project life cycle. You will be using low level multi-threaded java to cut code for complex systems. Working in an Agile methodology and test driven development will be key to your daily activities.
Key requirements;
* Core Java Multi-threaded development knowledge (Essential)
* Understanding of Test Driven Development methodology (Essential)
* Strong Object Orientated Programming skills (Required)
* Good communication skills (Required)
