Java Consultant with Configuration Management
LOCATION: Columbus Oh
LENGTH: until end of the year, plus possible extensions
PAY: Can be flexible on rate for the right person
Job Description: Support the Configuration Management Initiative and the Athena 2012 Program.
Skills Required:
Web Service experience, such as: WSDL, UDDI, WS-BPEL, SOAP, OWL-S, Axis, Axis2, JWSDP, JBIX
Understanding of SOA Architecture
Understanding of Spring Framework
Java experience including: JSP Served, Struts, EJB, WebLogic
Hands-on web application development expertise, who can work with a small, agile, high-energy team
Responsibilities: Design online user interface to input technical requirements, perform behind-the-scenes research and produce reports on application infrastructure - server, data, replication, hardware connectivity, etc - for use in Continuity Management projects. Develop method to extract data currently available in enterprise tools CMDB, APRM, etc.
Additional Requirements:
Has a proven track record of creating web application systems
Experience with end-to-end design of object-oriented J2EE applications and GUI design
Experience with Liferay SDK, Themes and Hooks
JSP, Java, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Jython and Python
MyEclipse, Net beans, ANT, Fusion charts, Sigma Grids, Subversion
XML - XML Schema, DTD, XPATH
