Job: Development Manager / Technical Lead

This financial institution is a leader in Securities, Banking and Insurance in China. They are famous for their technology innovation and willingness to grow business across all products on the China market.
They are currently opening jobs on the market to grow their technology competency. The securities business is one of those businesses that requires a leader in their brand new systems that are moving away from vendor systems.
This job will require your 5+ years of leadership experience in development new performance critical systems as it will act as a core framework of their securities trading platform. Your previous job should have given you experience in leading at least 10 resources whilst being accountable for stakeholder management.
