Global Investment Bank experienced Java Flex Developer required by top tier Investment Bank to work on the build phase of a bank-wide effort to creating a cross product reporting application, initially to be rolled out across the FX business. the sucessful Java Flex Developer candidate will be developing Flex code for a large scale rich Internet application, so ideally, the Java Flex Developer will have detailed knowledge of Flex 4, including design patterns, refactoring techniques and Flex application frameworks (Parsley, Swiz), but a Java background with exposure to Flex is sufficient. Experience of Scripting and Relational Databases (Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server) will be an advantage as will previous investment banking experience however, these are not prerequisites for the role.
