Leading Global Investment Bank are currently hiring a lead Core JAVA developer to join their front office cash equities technology group. The Core Java developer will work on a greenfield strategic order management system and be involved in components for the banks cash equities algo-trading offering. The role will involve being a lead Java developer on this project, contributing to design, architecture choices, performance optimisations and working closely with the business to discuss the complex system implementation.
The successful Java Developer must have:
- Expert level core Java development skills
- Experience building robust, low latency and high performance trading systems
- Experience of multi-threaded and distributed systems
- Front office experience
- Swing and GUI side development
