This Award- winning company focus upon providing optimal Algorithmic technology to enhance performance of trading and trade execution for buy and sell side traders. This is a well-established company who focus on their cutting edge technology to provide a world class service to traders particularly around the area of Foreign Exchange, Options and Futures.
For this role as a Junior Automation Engineer it is key that you have the ability and interest in thinking outside the box, bringing new ideas into the Automation testing team. You will be liaising directly with the software development team so experience working closely with this environment will be beneficial. The main programming language used is Java so any experience testing against this language will also be beneficial. Additionally, this company particularly looks at a strong educational background.
As a Java, Junit, Unix, Automation, Java Swing, Junior Tester you will require the following skill set:
* Experience in a Junior Testing position (1+ years )- Essential
* Exposure to a software development environment- Essential
* Experience testing against a Java framework- A bonus
* Unix Experience- Essential
* Java Swing/ JUnit- Essential
