A Java Team Lead is required to work as part of one of the largest projects in this top tier investment bank. The Java Team Lead would be hands on java lead that has good team lead experience, knowledge in ledgering and strong server side java technical skills. The project implements a message based service orientated architecture which is hosted on a high performance system.
The perfect Java Team Lead would have strong server side java experience as well as relevant business knowledge. The business knowledge is around ledger systems, accounting processes and the actions which are part of the Finance and Operations functions.
The Java Team Lead would have the following essential skills:
- Experience running a team of 10-20 employees
- Strong server side java recent experience
- Business knowledge around accounting systems
- Excellent communication skills
This role is based in London and paying up to £100k for candidates with relevant financial knowledge and technical skills.
