Java Team Lead – Greenfield recruitment
This dynamic financial company are looking for a hands-on Java Team Lead to come and implement a team responsible for building a Greenfield, cross asset data platform that will innovate the way funds process trades. The platform will be built in Java and will feed large volumes of data in from multiple sources.
This is a back office, Java application that will cater for millions of transactions per day, filtering large amounts of data from various buy side funds and data sources such as Bloomberg and Reuters.
The successful Java Team Lead will have been leading a team of developers working in the financial market. You must be a solid hands-on Java team lead with extensive experience delivering projects over the full SDLC, from liaising with Senior Stakeholders and gathering requirements to design, development and deployment. Knowledge of the clearing business or Prime Brokerage would be very nice to have and it is essential that you understand the complexity of financial data.
