Java Technical Lead Job
Job Overview:
- The Technical Lead Role is a lead consultant role which provides the employee with responsibility for successful delivery in specific customer engagements. This position entails exposure with technology companies with a primary focus on internal IT applications.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide landscape management that will allow for the core product development to be an added advantage.
- Must understand software implementation best practices as well as be extremely knowledgeable about managing complex implementations, integrations and enhancements.
- Define production consulting scope, proposals, service engagements, and demand creation.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-6 years experience of Managing Resources and Customer Interfacing
- Must have management capabilities based around reporting and project management
- Cluster context technical skills (MS, Java, Integration, etc), Cross technology, if possible hands on ( Should be Very Strong in J2EE Technologies and Microsoft)
- Very good verbal communication and writing skills with strong technical articulation skills.
