Java/C# Developer with exceptional UNIX/Linux scripting to build new Cash Equities execution platform.

A rapidly expanding NY hedge-fund or bank with world-wide offices is looking to build a BRAND new execution system in , opensource technologies (perl, shell, python).

This is a great opportunity to a) work on the whole development lifecycle of a brand new project b) work closely with the architecture team and play a leading role in the design of the system c) learn project management skills.

To apply you will have:

•3-7 years development experience in linux/UNIX scripting and Oracle
•A minimum of 2 years working in settlements in an I-bank
•Very strong communication skills in English.
•A strong knowledge of design patterns in C#/Java
