Java/Fixed Income Developer
Senior Java Developer, possibly team lead, required for full project life cycle application development. Will be required to work on numerous projects, some requiring architecture duties, others development and maintenance duties. Previous experience designing and developing investment banking applications, in Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange, Equities, Commodities.
Must have previous experience with real time messaging systems (RV, RMDS, MQ, JMS). May also assume some architecture duties, including the development and maintenance of business and system architectures.
The successful candidate may have to conduct complex technology reviews and system assessments and will be required to support and advise internal clients and technical management.
Essential Technical Skills required:
* Strong core Java full project life cycle development experience
* Messaging
* RDBMS
* Some C++ (Unix) desirable
Recent Fixed Income Front Office experience is essential, with real-time pricing.
