• Assisting in processing invoices and expense claims.
• Assisting in processing payments on the Electronic Funds Transfer system.
• Assisting in performing inter-company reconciliations.
• Assisting in producing balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assisting in carrying out the daily tasks of the Finance function.
• Filing electronically and carrying out other administrative tasks.
• Assisting the Finance Function personnel in any other related matters (this is a key requirement).

• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel is important).
• Ability to make all invoice processing, expense claims and payments processing.
• Ability to manage time and processes effectively.
• Team player.
• Accurate, with positive and influential manner/attitude.
• Good interpersonal skills and excellent attention to detail.
