JD Edwards (JDE) Business Analyst –

Leading international manufacturer of tools and tooling components for the metal stamping and plastic molding industries has openings for an individual with proven excellence in supporting global ERP business systems.  You will develop and implement business application plans, provide analysis for integration of various applications, troubleshoot software support issues and implement appropriate technical solutions.  Demonstrate your leadership skills working inside and outside the organization assisting users in the application, maintenance, development, and training of our business processes.

             

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

 

·          Perform daily operational resolution of JDE issues in all supporting business applications.

·          Responsible for the co-ordination of JDE report and Software Action Requests (SAR), and will help in report design, data extraction, and testing of reports and SARs.

·          Provide expert direction and operational relationships to the business and other technical analysts for business process support, system upgrades, and ERP module implementation throughout the global organization. 

·          Help maintain data integrity of JDE tables.  Assist in table changes and updates. 

·          Support of any and all other types of JDE and business application software as assigned.

·          On Call 24 x 7 as needed to provide application support.

·          Possess extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project applications.

·          Maintain a level of technical and professional training and competency to support existing and future JDE software upgrades and supporting applications.

 

The preferred candidate will have:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

·         At least 3 years of ERP functional implementation and application support (JDE EnterpriseOne preferred).

·         Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

·         Ability to effectively communicate complex technical issues to management and technical staff through excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         Professionalism in providing:  innovation, team attitude, personal responsibility, goal orientation, broad experience, self-learning, and quick understanding.
