We are currently seeking a Support Analyst for our client here in the Denver area.

Position Type: Contract to Hire or Permanent

Location: Denver Tech Center

 

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to assist with application support - JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, as this will be the primary focus of support. Additionally, we are looking for experienced professionals with Windows 7, Microsoft Office and general desktop technical and application support.

 
Primary responsibilities will include: 

·       Answer support phone calls and e-mail requests

·       Log and monitor all calls / tickets

·       Investigate issues and provide resolutions

·       Escalate complex business application calls
·       Distribute calls to remote IT technicians when onsite presence required
·       Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
·       Update and validate content regularly
·       Proven experience with handling stressful situations, especially on the phone

 

Requirements:

        ·       Exposure to JD Edwards is a must
        ·       Fluent French is a plus for Canadian users
