Job Description:
The JDE Business Analyst will support the Enterprise One system by coordinating end-user requests, gathering business/technical requirements, developing custom reports and applications, developing super-users and coordinating JDE training sessions The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of finance and manufacturing policies/procedures along with the hands-on ability to develop/configure applications on the JDE platform.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in business and systems analysis, preferably in the medical device industry
- 3+ years of functional JDE experience in Finance (AR, AP, GL, Multicurrency, Fixed Asset) and Distribution (PO, SO, Inventory Management)
- 3+ years of technical experience with JDE EnterpriseOne 8.8-9.0, Object Management Workbench, and BI Publisher
- Experience with medical device manufacturing (FDA Validation / 21 CFR Part 11)
- Experience with JDE CNC responsibilities is a plus.
Skills:
- Coordinate all JDE enhancement requests including documentation, development, validation and training
- Identify, test and recommend solutions to expand the utilization of JDE
- Lead the effort to develop internal JDE super-users for each functional area
- Work closely with end-users to debug and remediate any system issues
- Coordinate all enhancements and upgrades with outside consultants and hosting providers
- Ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills
Education requirements:
- BS/BA in Computer Science/Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
