Jeopardy Management Operative

My client is an innovative communication services organisation providing customers across Knowsley exceptional customer experience.

I’m currently looking for Jeopardy Management Operative to join my client’s fast-growing team. In this new role, you’ll focus on improving Networks Fault Management process, Identifying outages and log all widespread customer-affecting issues. At the same time, you’ll be expected to work in partnership with colleagues across the business and deliver exceptional customer service. This role offers the chance to work with an industry-leader.

I’m looking for someone with a background in Jeopardy management with experience of dealing challenging customers. In addition, you’ll be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail alongside having the ability to pick up processes quickly. Previous experience within Jeopardy management would be advantageous.
