Overview:
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Corporate Services Specialist to join a leading International Bank. Based in offices in Jersey, the successful candidate will work within the Corporate Services Department and will ensure a comprehensive, high quality, client focused administrative service to a varied portfolio of capital markets and asset holding SPVs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing ongoing corporate administration and management of company structures to provide a high level of client service to all counterparties within the structures.
- Preparing and reviewing management reports and other financial information.
- Planning and scheduling the external reporting requirements of the companies in conjunction with the Bank’s Accounting Team, ensuring that all internal or external deadlines are met.
- Maintaining client key operating procedures and coordinating the update of all bank systems and files to keep assigned company and fund information up to date.
- Overseeing and liaising with the Bank’s Accounting Team and the external auditors on all accounting and reporting issues to close out the administrative, technical and other queries that may arise as part of the annual audit process.
- Following all KYC and internal procedures ongoing and with new transaction set up.
- Performing reviews of documentation and amendments to transaction documents for new and existing business.
- Providing notice, producing and disseminating agendas, and attending meetings of Directors and Shareholders as required.
- Ensuring that the portfolio of vehicles administered is in good standing for statutory, accounting, legal and compliance purposes and that the entities fulfil their obligations under any transaction documentation.
- Managing client relationships.
- Acting as a director to client companies (as required).
- Developing and maintaining contact with clients and third parties, in order to keep abreast of developments in the industry.
You will have:
- Knowledge and experience of Corporate Services administration and SPVs.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong MS Office skills including Word and Excel.
- Accountancy or legal qualifications beneficial.
