Seeking an experienced Store Manager to join the business and run and established successful store, experience with retail management is a must; however experience with Jewellery is ideal but not essential.
This company is a well established Jewellery retailer with over 50 years experience operating in Australia. Progression and opportunity within this company is something there is no shortage of, the store network is extensive and staff are encouraged to run the store as their own and really get a feel for business ownership.
The Role In Short:

The ideal candidate will need:
- Management experience from specialty retail where customer service is the focus.
- Natural sales ability, Consultative selling style with clear communication.
- Experience with Rosters, Sales Targets, KPIs VM, Promo Setup all highly valued
- Most of all a genuine desire transfer your skills in to a new environment and be successful.
