Working within a busy department aligned to the Regulatory Reporting Capital Planning team you will be responsible for producing statistical reporting of the Retail business. This carries exposure to the group’s Balance Sheet is a key link within the chain of relationships across the group, business heads, the Bank of England the FSA.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Production of highly coherent Bank of England reports, monthly and quarterly
• Variance analysis and commentary on returns
• Production of FSA quarterly returns.
• Delivery of change around new reporting requirements and process improvements.
For this superb position we are looking for someone in line with the following profile:
• ACA or ACCA qualified or equivalent.
• Good understanding of the financial services industry.
• Broad knowledge of specialist reporting, ideally Bank of England reporting. .
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and investigation skills
• Proven ability to handle, interrogate and manipulate large quantities of data.
• Excellent Excel and Microsoft Access skills.
